Texas Chapter

Our Texas Chapter officially formed in January 2016 in Houston, Texas. We strengthened our presence a year and a half later with the expansion to the Dallas Fort Worth area.  We then alternated between Houston and the DFW area, offering chapter meetings almost every month in 2018. This year, we continue to grow! We expanded into San Antonio in February and Austin/Central Texas in May. We now have four strong Hubs (Houston, DFW, San Antonio, and Austin).

To ensure our four Hubs have an opportunity to stay plugged into our chapter, we recently incorporated Livestreaming into as many Chapter meeting as we can. Ideally, the Hubs who do not host the chapter meeting will still be able to come together and participate in a “watch party” every month. Networking is one of our biggest strengths and we want to ensure each member has that opportunity and at their fingertips.

We all come from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life, but at the end of the day, we believe we can make a difference and learn how to help prevent targeted violence attacks.
