New Member Application fees are nonrefundable, and must be paid in full at the time your registration.

Cancellations must be made IN WRITING and received by ATAP no later than July 31, 2017. All cancellations received by July 31, 2017 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after July 31, 2017.
