*Registrants of this rate must submit their completed application prior to attendance at the 2018 TMC and membership is not confirmed or guaranteed until membership is approved. New Member Application fees are nonrefundable, and must be paid in full at the time your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made IN WRITING and received by ATAP no later than July 31, 2018. All cancellations received by July 31, 2018 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after July 31, 2018.
